BetterOilCan.com is operated by EDM Zap. Located just outside of Chicago, EDM Zap was established in 1974 and has been providing commercial and industrial products ever since. Payment Information: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note: your credit card will show "edmzap.com". Corporate accounts with terms can be established when credit information is supplied and approved. Fax information to 1-630-852-3678. Fortune 500, Government, and Educational institutions are automatically approved for credit. We require a formal purchase order and cannot process purchase requisitions. Payment must be made in US funds on a US bank. We do not ship to accounts that have any overdue invoices. International organizations other than in Canada, are prepaid. Payment can be made on credit card or wire transfer. Returns / Exchanges: We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. When returning an item, shipping cost must be prepaid by you and please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Credit will be issued when item is returned and evaluated and usually takes 3-7 days. To receive full credit, item must be in original condition. There is a 20% restocking fee if item has been opened or if original packaging is damaged. Shipping cost are not refundable. To exchange items, follow the return instructions and simply send back the item (shipping cost paid by you) and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip along with the item number you want to exchange it with. Any difference in items will be charged/credited. Return shipping cost will be billed to the original credit card. There is no additional charge to exchange defective items. Items that have been used are not returnable. Privacy Report: Your privacy is extremely important. We treat your information the same way we would want our information to be treated. We DO NOT share ANY information with any outside company that is not directly related to your order. Your shipping address and email information is shared only with the shipping company for delivery purposes. We NEVER sell, rent, or distribute our customer lists to anyone.
